Disclosure of large shareholding

Pursuant to section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act, we hereby give notice that the funds

managed by Newtyn Management, LLC have purchased

10,000 shares of Akastor ASA on July 7, 2015 which

brings the total number of shares held by the funds

to 27,400,000 shares. This represents 10% of the

274,000,000 issued shares and voting rights.

The shares and voting rights are held as follows:

19,200,390 shares held by Newtyn Partners, LP

8,199,610 shares held by Newtyn TE Partners, LP
