DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING IN AKASTOR ASA

DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING IN AKASTOR ASA (ticker

We are making this disclosure in accordance with

Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

On 18 August 2015 (with settle date 20 August 2015),

Artisan Partners Limited Partnership ("Artisan")

disposed of 5,479,393 shares in Akastor ASA

("Akastor") on behalf of several clients. Artisan

acts as discretionary investment adviser to its

clients, and is authorized to exercise voting rights

attached to the shares under management on a

discretionary basis.

Following the transaction, the aggregate shareholding

in Akastor over which Artisan is authorized to

exercise voting rights on a discretionary basis

amounts to 10,626,145 shares, equaling 3.878% of the

issued shares and votes in Akastor. No single client

of Artisan holds above 5 % in Akastor after the

disposition.
