DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING IN AKER SOLUTIONS ASA

We are making this disclosure in accordance with

Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

On 25 February 2014 (with settle date 28 February

2014), Artisan Partners Limited Partnership

("Artisan") acquired 1,883,464 shares in Aker

Solutions ASA ("Aker") on behalf of several clients.

Artisan acts as discretionary investment adviser to

its clients, and is authorized to exercise voting

rights attached to the shares under management on a

discretionary basis.

Following the transaction, the aggregate shareholding

in Aker over which Artisan is authorized to exercise

voting rights on a discretionary basis amounts to

14,430,095 shares, equaling 5.27 % of the issued

shares and votes in Aker. No single client of

Artesian holds above 5 % in Aker after the

acquisition.
