Disclosure of large shareholding - Correction

Pursuant to section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act, we hereby give notice that the funds

managed by Newtyn Management, LLC have purchased

621,228 shares of Akastor ASA on October 15, 2014

which brings the total number of shares held by the

funds to 14,276,554 shares. This represents 5.21% of

the 274,000,000 outstanding shares and voting rights.

The shares and voting rights are held as follows:

9,451,079 shares held by Newtyn Partners, LP

4,825,475 shares held by Newtyn TE Partners, LP.
