On 6 July 2010, entities managed by Causeway Capital

Management LLC purchased a total of 224,376 shares in

Aker Solutions ASA (ticker: AKSO). After the purchase

mentioned above, entities managed by Causeway Capital

Management LLC on a consolidated basis held

13,799,960 shares comprising 5.04% of the issued

share capital in Aker Solutions ASA. Entities managed

by Causeway Capital Management LLC hold no rights to

shares
