Akastor ASA: Paal E. Johnsen joins the management team in Akastor

April 8, 2015 - Paal E. Johnsen will take the position as Investment Director in

Akastor, and will be a part of the company's executive management team. Johnsen

comes from a position in DNB Markets, and has extensive experience at management

and board level in various companies in industry and finance, including Carnegie

ASA and Alden AS.

Johnsen will be based in Oslo, and he will start in his position on July 1 2015

at the latest. He will report to the CEO as a member of the executive management

team.
