CORRECTION: Reference is made to the minutes of meeting from the Akastor ASA

general meeting 2015, published earlier today. In the English translation of the

minutes, the heading for item 19 should read as follows: "Authorization to the

board of directors to increase the share capital for distribution of dividends."
