Re: Intimation and Submission of Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations").

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is further to our letter dated 21st February, 2026 submitting the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company to be held on Monday, 16th March, 2026 at 4.00 PM through Audio/Visual Means ("EGM Notice").

Company has issued second corrigendum to the EGM Notice ("Corrigendum"), which is being issued in continuation of the EGM Notice for providing some additional details/ updates. The Corrigendum shall be deemed to form an integral part of the EGM Notice that was already circulated to the members of the Company on 21st February, 2026 and first corrigendum circulated on 4% March, 2026 and from the date hereof, the EGM Notice shall be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum.

Accordingly, all the concerned Shareholders, Stock Exchange, Depositories, Registrar and Share Transfer Agents, Agencies appointed for E-Voting, other Authorities, Regulators and all other concerned persons are requested to take note of the above corrections. This corrigendum will be available on the Website of the Company and will be mailed to all the shareholders to whom the original Notice was sent. The Corrigendum is available on the website of the Company at www.akashinfra.com; Stock Exchange i.e. NSE Limited at www.nseindia.com and on the website of NSDL at www.evotingnsdl.com.

2ND CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF THE EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")

This Second Corrigendum is being issued by Akash Infra-Projects Limited ("Company") in relation to the EGM Notice dated February 16, 2026. This Corrigendum is to be read in conjunction with the EGM Notice dated February 16,2026 and 1st Corrigendum being circulated on March 4, 2026 as available on the website of the Company and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) where the shares of the Company are listed.

This Corrigendum is being issued for updation of details as mentioned below in the EGM notice.

Accordingly, all concerned shareholders, Stock Exchange, Depositories, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, agencies appointed for e-voting, other Authorities, regulators and all other concerned persons are requested to take note of the changes. Further, except as detailed in the attached Corrigendum, all other disclosures in the EGM Notice and 1st Corrigendum shall remain unchanged. Capitalized words and expressions used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the EGM Notice. This Corrigendum shall form an integral part of the EGM Notice circulated to the shareholders of the Company.

This Corrigendum shall also be available at the website of the Company at www.akashinfra.com and on the website of National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.nseindia.com where the shares of the Company are listed.
