You had offered a Final Contract Price of Rs. 12,57,61,400.00 (Rupees Twelve Crores Fifty Seven Lacs Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred Only) i.e. 22.52% Below againt the Estimated Project Cost of Rs. 16,22,94,000.00 (Rs. Sixteen Crores Twenty Two Lacs Ninety Four Thousand Only) as included in Appendix-IB of RFP of your bid documents (i.e. Financial Bid) for the work of Periodical Renewal between Km. 0/000 to Km. 6/720, Km. 7/200 to Km. 10/900, Km. 10/900 to 16/000 (Narol-Vishala-Sarkhej link road of NH-8A (New NH-47) in the State of Gujarat under ARP 2019-20 on EPC mode. (Job No. TA/008A/GJ/2018-19/658). You have completed the requirement specified in the Agreement documents, Signed the Contract and furnished the Performance Security in Schedule-G of the RFP.

You had submitted your Performance Security on dtd. 13/11/2019 and 18/11/2019 and as per Article 7.1.3, the approval is subject to damages payable for the delay.

It is here by informed that the Date : 22/11/2019 is fixed as the "Appointed Date". The Time limit of the said work for construction period is 6 Months (Six Months) i.e. 180 days from the "Appointed Date" and Maintenance Period / Defects Liability Period shall be 3 (Three) years from the completion of the work.

You are therefore requested to start the above work immediately as per procedure mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP) under the instruction of the Deputy Executive Engineer, National Highway Sub Division No. 1, Ahmedavad for Km. 0/000 to Km. 6/720, Km. 7/200 to Km. 10/900, Km. 10/900 to 16/000 and Authority Engineer of this work and complete the same within the stipulated time mentioned as above.

The Appointment of Authority Engineer is finalized and is Governed as per GOI, MORT&H, New Delhi circular No. RW/NH/34048/7/2013-S&R(P&B) dt. 15/03/2019.

The contract has been entered in to contract register of Special Tender Sr. No. 02 of 2019-2020.
