With reference to the above captioned subject, we would like to inform that Mr. Yoginkumar Haribhai Patel has ceased to be chairman of the Company and the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Ambusinh Punjaji Gol as a new Chairman of the Company in his place w.e.f. 30" April, 2020.

Further, Mr. Yoginkumar Haribhai Patel will continue to be Managing Director of the Company.
