Ajax [ LSE: AJAX ], the UK listed special purpose acquisition company with a focus on natural resources, is pleased to announce the result of the Company's annual general meeting (" AGM ") for the year to 29 February 2024, which was held earlier today. All resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed.  The Company will publish the full voting results on its website.

As a result of Luca Benedetto not standing for re-election at the AGM, he has ceased to be Director of the Company.  Mr Benedetto will retain his role as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on a part-time, non-board basis.
