Subject: Intimation of resignation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations), 2015 (“Listing regulations”)

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Raghavan Sadagopan (DIN: 00002647) vide resignation letter dated March 31, 2026 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of March 31, 2026, upon attaining the age of 80 years and his decision not to continue in the said role. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company.

While taking note of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company placed on record deep appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Raghavan Sadagopan during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.

The details required in terms of Regulation 30 and Schedule III of Listing Regulation 2015 and applicable SEBI circular, are given in Annexure - I. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Raghavan Sadagopan is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II.
