Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Parin Nalin Mehta (DIN: 08528090) vide resignation letter dated March 09, 2025 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of March 09, 2025, due to pre-occupations.
While taking note of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company placed on record deep appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Parin Nalin Mehta during his tenure as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The details required in terms of Regulation 30 and Schedule III of Listing Regulation 2015 read with Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given in Annexure - I.
