BMP & Co. LLP, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a tenure of Five (5) years commencing from April 01, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The necessary resolution to obtain shareholders’ approval will be included in the notice of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The disclosure with respect to the above appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as “Annexure - I”.
