I, Sohan Lal Goyal S/o Late Shri Natthu Lal Goyal, one of the Promoter of Ajanta Soya Limited ("the Company"), have acquired 75800 (Seventy Five Thousand Eight Hundred) Equity Shares of the Company by way of gift from Mrs. Surji Devi who is the member of Promoter Group of the Company.

Accordingly, necessary Disclosures under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation, 2011 is enclosed herewith.
