Subject: Implementation of the Business Plan of the company A.J. Green Shell Plc (previously PlanetClean Recycling Industries Plc)
The Board of Directors of the company A.J. Green Shell Plc (the "Company") would like to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the investors the following:
The business plan and the projected investments of the Company as described in the admission document of the Company published on October 2017 are implemented as well as the construction of the new factory for recycling plastics is in progress. The Company is planning to merge with a plastic recycling company based in United Arab Emirates within the next few months. With the above-mentioned merge, the Company will be operational, have revenues and be profitable. Recycling plastic is an environmentally friendly business and appreciated across the world specially in Europe.
Also, the business objectives of the company which are the purchase and reselling of older stock properties remains the same.
The Board of the Directors, after taking into consideration the current progress of the Company and having carefully reviewed the prospects and data at present, will try to proceed with the implementation of the business plan of the Company based on the conditions of the global situation.
