Director/PDMR Share Transactions
The Company announces that on 23 May 2024:
(i) Billy Mackay, the Advised Managing Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 50,882 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) via his AJ Bell dealing account for £3.9307 per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, the number of Ordinary shares in which Billy Mackay has an interest is 1,474,382 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.357% of the issued share capital.
(ii) Amber Tagari, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mo Tagari, the Chief Technology Officer and a PDMR in the Company, sold 4,963 Ordinary Shares via her AJ Bell individual savings account (ISA) for £4.03 per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, the number of Ordinary shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest is 112,410 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.027% of the issued share capital.
