Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification
The Company announces that it was notified on 23 June 2023, that:
a) Bruce Robinson, Group Legal Service Director and Company Secretary and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has purchased 33,417 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.156 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP); and
b) Diana Robinson, a person closely associated (PCA) with Bruce Robinson has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 6,345 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.153 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Dealing Account (AJ Bell Dealing Account) and then purchased 6,345 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.153 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (AJ Bell ISA).
The above transactions all took place on 23 June 2023.
Following the transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Bruce Robinson has an interest is 687,483 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.167% of the issued share capital of the Company.
