The Company announces that Mo Tagari, Chief Technology Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 5,866 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.411 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (ISA) 5,833 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.411 per Ordinary Share on 11 April 2023.
