Director/PDMR Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that Mo Tagari, the chief technology officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold from his AJ Bell Youinvest Dealing Account 5,449 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.754 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his AJ Bell Youinvest Individual Savings Account (ISA) 5,419 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.754 per Ordinary Share on 22 April 2022.

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest is 53,641 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.013% of the issued share capital.
