The Company announces that it has been notified that Lucy Summersgill, a person closely associated (PCA) with Michael Summersgill, the Deputy CEO and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, transferred by way of gift 350,000 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to Michael Summersgill on 6 January 2022. 

Following the transaction, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Michael Summersgill has an interest.
