The Company announces that it has been notified of the below transactions (Transactions). 

(1)  On 4 June 2021: 

a)  Andy Bell, a director/person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company (PDMR), purchased 1,085 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share;   

b)   Tracey Bell, a person closely associated (PCA) with Andy Bell, purchased 687 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share; 

c)   Kieran Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 723 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share;

d)   Connor Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 723 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share; 

e)   Paige Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 1,085 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share; 

f)    Jemma Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 398 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share; and 

g)   Blythe Investments, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 67,638 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share. 

(2)  On 4 June 2021, Fergus Lyons, a PDMR, purchased 72,340 Ordinary Shares for £4.314879 per Ordinary Share. 

(3)  On 7 June 2021: 

a)   Andy Bell, a PDMR, purchased 5,611 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308 per Ordinary Share;   

b)   Tracey Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 3,546 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308 per Ordinary Share; 

c)   Kieran Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 3,738 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308  per Ordinary Share; 

d)   Connor Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 3,738 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308  per Ordinary Share; 

e)   Paige Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 5,609 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308  per Ordinary Share; 

f)    Jemma Bell, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 2,053 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308  per Ordinary Share; and 

g)   Blythe Investments, a PCA with Andy Bell, purchased 273,205 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308 per Ordinary Share. 

(4) On 7 June 2021, Fergus Lyons, a PDMR, purchased 297,500 Ordinary Shares for £4.483308 per    Ordinary Share. 

(5)  Following completion of the Transactions, each of the PDMRs named in column (1) of the below table is interested in the number of Ordinary Shares in the Company and percentage of the Company's issued share capital set alongside their respective names in columns (2) and (3) of the below table.
