AJ Bell has been notified that on 20 March 2020, Fergus Lyons, the AJ Bell Investcentre Managing Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, made a charitable donation by way of a gift for nil consideration of 300,000 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to The Lyons Trust, a registered charity, and a person closely associated (PCA) with Fergus Lyons.
Following the gift, the number of shares in which Fergus Lyons, together with persons closely associated with him, has an interest has not changed.
