Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that it was notified on 26 February 2020, that Diana Lee Robinson, a person closely associated (PCA) with Christopher Bruce Robinson, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and SIPP" transaction, sold 5,040 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.845 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into her SIPP, the same number of 5,040 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.845 per Ordinary Share.

The above transactions both took place on 25 February 2020.

Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Christopher Bruce Robinson has an interest.
