The Company announces that it was notified on 3 June 2019 that Julie Stott, a person closely associated (PCA), with Roger John Stott, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has sold 37,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.065 each. The sale took place on 3 June 2019.
