Airthings ASA: New share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 13 February 2023, where Airthings ASA (the "Company") announced the successful completion of a private placement of NOK 75 million in gross proceeds and that the share capital of the Company would be increased to reflect this.

The Company today announces that the share capital has been increased by NOK 234,375 by issuance of 23,437,500 new shares. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 1,974,298.46 divided into 197,429,846 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
