Employees in Airthings ASA ("the Company") have on July 30, 2021 exercised 289 600 options. The options had an average strike price of NOK0.99. Each share option corresponds to one share.

Pursuant to authorization granted by the Company’s annual general meeting, the Company’s share capital has by the board been resolved increased by NOK 2 896 through issuance of 289 600 new shares, of par value NOK 0.01. Following this, the Company will have 171 531 537 shares outstanding, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
