Employees in Airthings ASA ("the Company") have on October 29, 2021 exercised 284 900 options. The options had an average strike price of NOK2.61. Each share option corresponds to one share.

Pursuant to authorization granted by the Company’s annual general meeting, the Company’s share capital has by the board been resolved increased by NOK 2 849 through issuance of 284 900 new shares, of par value NOK 0.01. Following this, the Company will have 171 816 437 shares outstanding, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
