Airthings ASA: Annual Report 2020

The Board of Directors of Airthings ASA approved the company's Annual Report 2020 on March 24, 2021.

The following changes were made to the figures presented in the annual financial statements for 2020 compared to the preliminary and unaudited quarterly report for fourth quarter 2020.

- The consolidated income statement in the annual financial statements includes amortization of goodwill amounting to NOK2.6m. No amortization of goodwill was recognized in the consolidated income statement in the 4Q-report for full-year 2020.

- Government grants of NOK1.2m were recognized as revenue in the consolidated income statement in the 4Q-report for full year 2020. In the annual financial statements these government grants were presented as a reduction of costs.
