PDMR notification in Airthings ASA

Airthings ASA ("Airthings") has received notification from primary insider Firda AS concerning a share lending arrangement entered into between Firda AS, Carnegie AS and Airthings. The loan of shares is to facilitate settlement in the private placement of new shares in Airthings with gross proceeds of NOK 75 million, which was approved at Airthings’ Extraordinary General Meeting today. The notification is attached hereto.
