Airthings ASA (“Airthings”) has been notified that primary insider Niklas Norin(Employee elected Board Member) on November 9, 2023, purchased 36,000 shares at an average price of NOK2.7025 per share through Leafcrest AS (100% Ownership). After the transaction, Niklas Norin holds 53,500 shares in Airthings through Leafcrest AS.
