Airthings ASA (“Airthings”) has been notified that primary insider Geir Førre (Chair) on November 15, 2023, purchased 150,000 shares at an average price of NOK 2.8584 per share through Firda AS (100% Ownership). After the transaction, Geir Førre holds 56,863,289 shares in Airthings through Firda AS.
