Airthings ASA (Airthings) has been notified that primary insider Vigdis Jernberg (Senior Financial Controller) on February 17, 2021, sold 5,000 shares at an average price of NOK13.42 through Vigdis Jernberg AS (100% ownership). After the transaction, Vigdis Jernberg holds 86,800 shares through Vigdis Jernberg AS and 8,800 shares through Amaisal AS (30% ownership).
