Øyvind Birkenes, CEO of Airthings, purchased 26 000 shares at a price of NOK9.85 per share through Longfellow Invest AS (100% Ownership). Following the transaction Øyvind Birkenes holds 2 824 114 shares in Airthings privately and through Longfellow Invest AS.

Geir Førre, Chairman of Airthings, purchased 250 000 shares at a price of NOK9.93 per share through Firda AS (100% Ownership). Following the transaction Geir Førre holds 25 526 543 shares in Airthings through Firda AS.

Audhild A. Randa, Board Member of Airthings, purchased 10 000 shares at a price of NOK9.50 per share. In addition, a related party to Randa purchased 10 000 shares at an average share price of NOK9.52 on the same day.
