Oslo, 22 March 2024 – Board member Chloe Waller has informed the board of directors in Airthings ASA (the "Company") that she will resign from the Company's board of directors with effect from March 22, 2024 due to her joining Airthings leadership team as SVP Airthings for Business. Deputy board member Anlaug Underdal will step in as a board member until the Company's general meeting elects a new, permanent board member.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and Section 4.2.4 (1) no. 9 of Oslo Rule Book II.
