Various securities have been issued during the 3 month period ending 30/9/21. The securities included in the previous Appendix 2A total included a class of tied options whereby holders of certain $0.76 options were granted additional $0.50 options with terms that require that when either option is exercised (either a $0.76 option or a $0.50 option), a

corresponding number of the other type is forfeited. The total number of such tied options is 8,536,915. So although the total number of unlisted securities stated is correct, the number of unlisted securities which can be converted into ordinary shares is 8,536,915 lower than the total included as a result of these tied options. Taking into account all exercises, forfeitures, lapses and new issues the total number of unlisted securities is 34,157,066 (including tied options) or 25,620,151 (excluding tied options)
