MARCH QTR 2021 - APPENDIX 4C AND QUARTERLY ACTIVITY REPORT

Airtasker is pleased to provide its cash flow and activity reports for the March quarter (Q3 FY21). A strong operating performance ahead of prospectus forecasts resulted in positive cash flow from operating activities (excluding IPO costs) (unaudited) of $2.1m, comprising:

  • Customer receipts of $8.3m; and

  • Operating cash outflows of $6.2m.

Including IPO costs, cash flow from operating activities (unaudited) was positive $484k, resulting in a closing cash balance of $29.7m at 31 March 2021.

There were no material changes in business activities from those described in the prospectus dated 8 February 2021.

Use of Funds:

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 4.7C.2, Airtasker provides the following update on its use of funds (unaudited):
