Airtasker Limited (ASX: ART) – Revised Commencement of Official Quotation
Description
Airtasker Limited (‘ART’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) on Friday, 19 March 2021 having satisfied all of ASX’s conditions of admission and quotation.
Official quotation of ART’s ordinary fully paid shares will now commence at 11:00 AM (AEDT) on Tuesday, 23 March 2021. This is a delay from the previously announced commencement time of Monday, 22 March 2021 at 11:00am AEDT.
The change to the timing of commencement of official quotation is the result of an ASX processing delay.
ART and Airtasker SaleCo Limited (‘SaleCo’) raised $83,652,869 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 8 February 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue 23,076,923 shares by ART, and sale and transfer of 105,619,799 shares by SaleCo, each at an issue price of $0.65 per share.
