Delay in issue of Private Placement Shares
Airtasker Limited (ASX Code: ART) ( Company ) advises that as a result of a technical problem relating to its placement cleansing notice lodged on 26 May 2021, the issue of the 20,703,934 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the private placement announced on 21 May 2021 will be delayed. This has no impact on funds received.
Further advice will be provided once the issue date has been finalised.
