Private Placement - Issue of Shares
Further to our announcement on Friday 28 May 2021 we confirm that the cleansing notice issue referred to in that announcement has been resolved. This is confirmed in the attached copy of the Court orders granted the same afternoon.
The 20,703,934 fully paid Ordinary shares pursuant to the private placement have been issued, the placement is complete and the placement shares will commence trading today.
