Change of Auditor

The principal activity of the Group is the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of commercial floor coverings.

Change of Auditor

Airea, announces that, following the conclusion of a formal competitive tender process overseen by the Company's Audit Committee, the Company has appointed Crowe UK LLP as the Company's independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

Any proposal to re-appoint Crowe UK as independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2022.

In light of the above, and following discussions with Crowe UK, the Group has revised its reporting timetable and expects to announce its Full year 2021 results in mid-April 2022.

BDO LLP, which did not participate in the tender, has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
