AIREA plc (AIM: AIEA), the UK design-led specialist flooring company, supplying both the UK and international markets, announces that on 26 September 2024, Conleth Campbell, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.0 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following the transaction, Conleth Campbell's total interest in the Company is 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
