The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Gregory Stevenson ACA (aged 39) as Group Finance Director.  Paul was previously at Caldero Limited, where he served as CFO following the acquisition by Skyworth Digital Shenzhen. Prior to Caldero, Paul was Senior Vice President of Finance for Arris Group.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to AIM Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules with respect to the appointment of Paul Stevenson.
