Airbus Group Increases the Size of its Planned Sale of Shares in Dassault Aviation

Amsterdam, 25 March 2015 – Airbus Group (stock exchange symbol: AIR) has decided to increase the size of the Placement in Dassault Aviation to a total amount of 1.61 million shares, corresponding to around 17.5 percent of the company's share capital.

The number of shares sold may be further increased by up to 0.12 million shares if the overallotment option granted to the Joint Bookrunners by Airbus Group is fully exercised on or before 24 April 2015.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint bookrunners (the "Joint Bookrunners") on the Placement on behalf of Airbus Group. Rothschild & Cie is acting as financial advisor to Airbus Group in relation to the transaction.
