Changes to share capital
Share capital increase following the exercise of stock options
The Board of Directors during its meeting of September 29, 2021 noted that from January 1st, 2021 to August 31, 2021, 279 134 new shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each had been issued pursuant to the exercise of stock options.
As a result, Air Liquide's share capital effective immediately stands at:
2,605,761,719.00 euros
Divided into 473,774,858 shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
