Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 5, 2025, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pay down of more than $1.0 million of its subordinated debt. In the release Lou Melluzzo, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, advised that it is the Company’s goal to substantially reduce the remaining subordinated debt while continuing to grow and enhance the profitability of the Company’s business.
