Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 29, 2019, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, and announced that it will host a conference call to discuss the results for that quarterly period on Monday, April 29, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. See Exhibit 99.1 for information concerning dial-in access.
