Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 4, 2016, Air Industries Group issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2015. Air Industries Group will host a conference call to discuss results for 2015 on April 4, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time. Information concerning how to dial-in to the conference call is contained in the press release, a copy which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
