Air France-KLM announced on 18 December 2014 that the Group's situation and the increasingly challenging competitive environment required further unit cost reduction measures and a significant scale back in its investment plan. These further unit cost reduction measures will of course be submitted to the trade unions.
No decisions have been made regarding the possibility of a new Voluntary Departure Plan; consequently, it is extremely premature to discuss the existence of such a plan, both in terms of its principle and its potential extent.
