Information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares as required by article L.233-8 II of the French Code of Commerce and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Market Authority (AMF).
As from 3 April 2016, due to the application of article L.225-123 of the French code de commerce, automatic double voting rights are granted to all fully paid-up shares held in registered form in the name of the same shareholder for at least two years.
